Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT is a psychotherapeutic approach that uses goal-oriented and explicit systematic procedures. The name is based on a combination of basic behavioral and cognitive principles and research. Many CBT treatment programs have been tested for efficacy and the results have favored CBT over other approaches. While no one therapy is right for everyone, CBT is a good starting point if your beginning your journey to feeling better.
